Have you ever dreamed of a brunch journey through the alphabet? Welcome to my latest culinary escapade: an Alphabet Brunch Bonanza! My niece Emily and I are embarking on this exciting journey together. Why, you ask? Well, we love brunch—like a lot. We used to get out for brunch almost every weekend, savoring the delightful dishes and vibrant atmosphere. But somewhere along the way, we fell off track. In our quest to rejoin the brunch crowd and explore some new eateries, the idea for this Alphabet Brunch Bonanza was born.

We believe in keeping things flexible and fun, but a few well-placed guidelines ensure the adventure stays enjoyable and organized:
- One Restaurant per Letter: We’ll visit one restaurant for each letter in ascending order from A to Z.
- New Eateries: The restaurants should be new to us, but there may be an occasional favorite we can’t resist revisiting.
- Ignoring “The”: If a restaurant’s name starts with “The,” we’ll consider the first letter of the second word.

You order at the counter, and there’s a self-serve water station and a small outdoor patio for those warmer weather days. Whether grabbing a quick bite or leisurely brunching, Alchemy has you covered.
- Menu Highlights: Emily had the lox, which is a must-try. It’s smoked salmon, avocado, everything spice, red onion, and capers on whole wheat toast. She also enjoyed one of their seasonal coffees. I indulged in the cowboy burrito, packed with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar, latkes, and zesty cashew cream in a red pepper wrap. Avocado was extra, but an excellent addition. My drink choices are much simpler than Em’s, and I opted for a cup of coffee from a local roaster, Brioso.
